Mental Wellness Champions

Youth Leadership Academy

Mental Wellness Champions is a training program that increases the ability of youth to maintain their own mental wellness as well as advocate for the mental wellness of their peers. Using a positive youth development framework, MWC emphasizes principles, supports, and opportunities that maximize engagement, mitigate mental health and wellness challenges and support healing for vulnerable youth, their peers, and the community.
