Under Direct Services PRO uses Evidence Based Curricula Love Notes & Real Essentials that teach youth about healthy relationships, healthy decision making, effective communication, future self and goals.
Mental Wellness
Mental wellness and mindfulness skills are integrated into all of our Youth Development Programs to provide youth with the tools they need to care for their mental health.
Relationship Skills
Our Relationship Skills programs empower young people with the knowledge and skills they need to build strong, respectful, and fulfilling relationships. Our programs cater to different age groups, from elementary to college-aged individuals, addressing topics like goal-setting and sexual health.
Substance Misuse Prevention
Through collaborative efforts with schools and community organizations, participants contribute to school initiatives addressing substance misuse. As a culmination, participants lead campaigns raising awareness and promoting healthy norms surrounding substance use.
