What is your "WHY" when it comes to the work you do?
I chose to do this work because it is an opportunity to change lives in profound ways. PRO has taught me invaluable things about my community and how to be a champion for change. I would like to give the youth those same skills and to amplify their voices. To me, the youth are like ores of fine metal; all with potential, and PRO is a tool to refine them.
