MindOneSix is an evidence-informed mental wellness curriculum designed for youth ages 12–24. The program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools needed to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health, resilience, and help-seeking behaviors.

How it Works

Through eight interactive lessons, MindOneSix builds a strong foundation in mental wellness while strengthening social-emotional learning skills. Participants engage in workbook activities, guided discussions, and peer-to-peer learning experiences that encourage self-awareness, resilience, and positive mental health practices.
