She loves solving administrative problems that often block collaborative efforts and creating new ways of working that make things easier and more efficient for everyone. As a former nonprofit executive director, she knows first hand how challenging the work can be and she is committed to uplifting the community organizations who work so hard to improve the lives of youth and ensuring that nonprofits are respected and supported.
