Roxanne Flores

Program Manager (HOPE)

Roxanne is a first generation, Latinx woman, who has (and continues) to navigate systematic barriers of obtaining resources for support to achieve her goals. It is from this experience that her passion for youth development and engagement was born. Roxanne strives to help support all youth reach their fullest potential – academically and personally through self-empowerment and self-advocacy. She values impacting student lives on an individual and community level and has consistently provided a safe space to further support their journey.
