Ashley is passionate about creating opportunities for the team to build trust, connection, and meaningful opportunities to contribute. Her philosophy of “don’t waste time & don’t waste an opportunity” drives her mission to never miss out on a chance to learn, listen, and collaborate – whether it be program evaluation, communications, or team meetings. She’s been with PRO since 2005 and believes that the power of hope lives within each of us; and it’s a cause worthy of fighting for.

What after school programs, or activities did you participate in while in high school?

I loved playing sports in high school and feeling like I was a part of something bigger than myself. I spent summers working at baseball fields (raking the dirt & chalking the lines) and keeping score in the press box. I had really great friends and a couple of them are still my besties.
